Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
  • Items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
  • Gift cards (if offered).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), PCtron will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or an incorrect purchase by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like a different product or variation, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
